Michael Linus Ouma

Board Chairman

Michael serves as the Board Chairman of HECAP, providing strategic leadership and guidance to the organization. In this role, he oversees the work of the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance and alignment with the organization's mission and vision.

With a strong commitment to community development and organizational excellence, Michael plays a key role in shaping policy direction, strengthening partnerships, and supporting the executive leadership team. Justus Olima

Board Treasurer

Justus Olima serves as the Board Treasurer of HECAP, bringing valuable expertise in financial management, accountability, and organizational governance. In his role, he is responsible for overseeing the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring that resources are managed efficiently and transparently.

With a strong commitment to integrity and stewardship, Justus plays a key role in strengthening HECAP's financial systems and supporting sound decision-making at the board level. He works closely with leadership to ensure compliance with financial policies and to promote sustainability in the organization's programs and operations.

Kennedy Onyango

Board Secretary

Kennedy serves as the Board Secretary of HECAP, playing a vital role in supporting effective governance and administration of the organization. Board Member
