advancing community-based health initiatives. He has dedicated his career to improving the well-being
of underserved populations through programs focused on disease prevention, health education, and
strengthening local health systems.
In his role as CEO, he provides strategic direction and leadership, ensuring that the organization
delivers impactful, sustainable solutions that address key public health challenges. He is committed
to fostering partnerships, promoting innovation, and empowering communities to take an active role in
their health.
Under his leadership, HACEP Kenya continues to enhance its outreach and effectiveness, contributing to
improved health outcomes and building more resilient communities.

Justus Olima
Director Of programsJustus Olima serves as the Director of Programs at HECAP, where he leads the design, implementation,
and evaluation of the organization's initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental
Science and a Masters degree in Project Management, equipping him with a strong foundation in both
sustainable development and effective program execution.
In his role, Justus oversees program planning and delivery, ensuring that all projects are aligned
with HECAP's mission and respond to the needs of the communities served. He brings a results-driven
approach, combining technical knowledge with strategic management skills to ensure efficiency, impact,
and sustainability across all interventions.
His expertise in environmental and project management enables him to integrate innovative solutions
into community programs, while maintaining a strong focus on accountability and measurable outcomes.
Through his leadership, HECAP continues to implement high-quality programs that create lasting positive
change.

Diana Onyando
Director Of Finance & AdministrationDiana serves as the Director of Finance and Administration at HACEP, where she oversees the
organization's financial management and administrative functions. She holds a Bachelor of Science
in Finance, providing her with a strong foundation in financial planning, budgeting, and resource
management.
In her role, Diana is responsible for ensuring sound financial practices, maintaining accurate
financial records, and supporting effective administrative operations. She plays a key role in
budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory
requirements.
Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to accountability contribute to the efficient
management of HECAP's resources. Through her leadership, the organization maintains strong financial
systems that support its programs and long-term sustainability.

Andrew Young
Head of ICT and Monitoring & EvaluationYoung serves as the Head of ICT and Monitoring & Evaluation at HACEP, overseeing the organization's
technology infrastructure and program performance tracking. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Information Technology and a Master's degree in Information Science, providing him with advanced expertise
in both technical systems and data driven decision making.
In his role, Young ensures that IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with organizational
needs, while also managing the Monitoring & Evaluation framework to track program impact and outcomes.
By integrating innovative technology solutions with rigorous program evaluation, he helps HACEP enhance
operational efficiency, accountability, and the effectiveness of its initiatives.
